Message from the Executive Director
As Executive Director, I am particularly proud of GoRecycle’s results in 2025. They reflect not only the outstanding work of our team and partners, but also Quebecers’ growing commitment to our mission. Together, we recycled or reused more than 230,000 appliances over the past year.
Since the organization was founded, nearly 800,000 appliances have been handled through our network. These results demonstrate the tangible impact of Extended Producer Responsibility when all stakeholders work toward a common goal.
This was also a year of action. To better meet citizens’ needs, we expanded our service offering, including the launch of our new Doorstep Pickup service in Montreal and Laval. This initiative reflects our commitment to innovation and to making recycling and reuse increasingly accessible.
We want to keep moving in this direction. To do so, we are proposing responsible solutions grounded in on-the-ground realities. This expertise enables us to work together to determine the best way to achieve our shared environmental objectives.
Every appliance collected helps reduce Quebec’s environmental footprint. Together, these actions make a real difference in building a greener, more responsible Quebec.
